Our story

In 2012, Beth Barber purchased Bloomer’s and began putting her own twist on creating florals, gifts and more for the community. In 2018, Beth decided that the store needed a new identity and the process of rebranding began. The store moved to a new location, received a facelift and became known as White Pine and Petals. Beth always worked hard as an independent florist, but was never shy to recruit her daughter, Emily to help. This led to Emily learning the business through the years.

In the summer of 2023, Beth decided it was time to retire and Emily purchased the business. This was the start of a continued business, but with a fresh passion, drive and ambition!

White Pine and Petals focus is to provide an experience that is unforgettable. We focus on our customers, the needs, and continue to enhance our “destination store” that we have created. We work hard to offer fresh cut flowers and foliage, unique and rare houseplants, loose leaf tea and accessories, locally sourced bath and body products, candles both local and US sourced, home decor, garden accessories and more. We work with local makers to provide a space for them to offer their products as well. Our sister store, Addie Beth’s carries an array of women’s clothing, baby and youth clothing and toys, jewelry, wallets, purses and more.

At White Pine and Petals, we work with local farms, when in season, and with farms all over to source the freshest products. We specialize in everyday blooms, events, funerals, and weddings.
